Quality Control

Every production order follows a documented inspection plan covering incoming materials, in-process controls, and final product inspection. Critical dimensions, color requirements, surface finishes, and acceptance criteria are defined for each approved product specification.

IQC - Incoming Quality Control

Incoming materials are checked against applicable purchase specifications and quality requirements before entering production. Inspection methods are selected according to the material type and intended application to help identify nonconforming materials before use.

Verify magnetic properties where required by the material specification or customer requirements.

Paper Basis Weight Inspection

Verify paper basis weight against the specified material requirements.

Paper Thickness Measurement

Measure paper thickness to confirm compliance with applicable material specifications.

Corrugated Board Bursting Strength Test

Evaluate the bursting strength of corrugated board against the applicable requirements.

IPQC - In-Process Quality Control

In-process quality checks help identify production deviations at key manufacturing stages. Inspection points are defined according to the product specifications, process requirements, and packaging type, allowing potential defects to be identified and addressed before final inspection.

Color Proofreading

Compare printed colors with approved color references and applicable tolerances.

Temperature Resistance Testing

Evaluate product performance under specified temperature conditions.

Humidity Test

Measures the moisture content of paper and paperboard to verify compliance with specified requirements.

Ink Adhesion Test

Evaluate ink adhesion or resistance to rubbing, according to the applicable test method.

Paper Bag Load-Bearing Test

Evaluate the paper bag's load-bearing performance against the specified requirements.

FQC

Finished products are inspected against approved product specifications and applicable quality requirements before shipment. Depending on the packaging type, checks may cover print color, surface finish, structural dimensions, box assembly, and insert fit. Products that do not meet the acceptance criteria are held for review and disposition in accordance with established quality procedures.
